The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to vb444's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all other gaming services.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile and the wallet linked to it.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money granted under promotional activities, which cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user themselves.

These Terms apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh who use the vb444 platform. Accessing the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

vb444's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may request valid identification for age verification at any time. Registration by minors is prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. Any real money balance may be returned following a review.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure. Any changes to your information must be reported to our support team promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or a security review is needed.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• Identity verification may be mandatory before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can be made through the same method used for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).

4.3 Currency & Tax Matters

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Your personal tax obligations are entirely your own responsibility. vb444 does not provide advice on personal income tax matters.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at vb444 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total wallet balance of ৳2,200. On a deposit of ৳18,000, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, bringing the total balance to ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• While a bonus is active, bets are placed from bonus funds only.
• Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Each promotion may have its own specific conditions.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• vb444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is detected.

5.3 VIP Program

vb444's 5-tier VIP program rewards active players. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier from Bronze to Diamond: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. Players can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular play.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (exceptions apply in cases of platform technical errors). Bet acceptance depends on confirmation by vb444's system — bets left uncertain due to connection issues will be automatically cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific event-based rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. Odds may change during play and this is a normal part of market activity.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino and slot games are operated by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are entirely independent. vb444 does not interfere with game results.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. It is advisable to withdraw any available real money balance before closing the account. Bonus funds will be cancelled at the time of account closure.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from third-party hacking or phishing.
• Losses due to unexpected technical errors or server outages.
